I designed this instructional unit for Columbia State Community College’s Enrollment Services office. The need for the project came about when it was noticed that students and prospective students were not receiving a consistent level of service among each of the five campus locations. In order to ascertain the deficiencies in knowledge of procedures I conducted a general survey. I used the results of that feedback to design and develop a new training module. It underwent a series of evaluations by a subject matter expert, individual student workers and employees, and a small group.
I created this project in Microsoft PowerPoint, and it contains built-in navigation buttons, a pretest, a posttest, and interactive quiz questions. The graphics are a combination of screenshots from the Columbia State website and original graphics that I created in Adobe Photoshop.
